I'm using collagen and vitamin C mix because I've had a bad experience with my tendons and rooning in the last year. Plus, I'm mainly doing calisthenics and flexibility training, which also brings some toll on tendons. Haven't suffered any Achilles or other tendon pain this year yet.
As for Ashwaghanda I believe after using it, it is easier for me to fall asleep, also I feel like it makes me think clearer, feel less clouded from negative sissy ass anxiety thoughts, feel like I worry less and just come at life in a more manly stoic way. I don't know all of this sounds subjective so it might be just placebo. As for exercise performance, I do feel enhanced endurance and higher VO2 levels aka not feeling like running out of oxygen during roons. Not sure if exercise effects are a cause of ashwagandha thought since I'm also taking some caffeine and beta-alanine.
