Time on and off 7 years... I sometimes go 6 months with only a once every 2 weeks full body and then other times like now it's 6-7 days a week. But during those off periods I work 60-70 hours a week.

I am surprised there are some gentle giants in this thread I didn't know everyone was so tall and strong (and handsome too) but really this is encouraging I would hate a bunch of weaklings

id like to get to 185 since im only 5'10 but i will probably try to keep this weight until january and try to push the current volume higher to hopefully see some real results next spring.

Something I wish IST would talk more about is long term progression and which routines and diets to switch to to continue getting good results.

Anyone have any tips for upping bench?

      >tips for upping bench
You have to bench a lot. it would be wise to make sure to preserve shoulder mobility and overall integrity and pro tip is stronger triceps help with bench motion

Try isolating triceps if you haven't

      >how did this happen
you trained DL a lot more than squat and bench respectively? I can see why because DL are fricking awesome and squats are too but I can't think of another explanation

also you didn't post numbers which I have to imagine are pathetic like your post

SS for a little over 4 months

    3x5 OHP 42.5 kg / 94 lbsb
    3x5 Bench 63.5 kg / 140lbs
    3x5 squat 105 kg / 231 lbs
    1x5 DL 122.5 kg / 270 lbs

I didn't read the book so I kept doing heavier squats at the expense of other lifts. Also unwillingness to switch away from double overhand and too conservative increments on DL
