Is this a normal posture?
If not, is it possible to change it?

It's possible to change it for starter you noticed it, put some work in how you stand up.

Oh, creature of filth and decay! Foul lurker of cripples and lepers! Stalker of mans bane and keeper of their horrors! Have pity on I, a man of upright standing and deliver me from such accursed stature.
Back! Yee shall have no twisting of mine
Back! Doubled will be mind to body for true bearings
Back! Keep evils in thine own body and leave the worlds of man to each own.

Neck and shoulders neutral, squeeze your ass until it pulls hips back in place. Don't lock your legs out when standing.

Your hips are fricked so you lean backwards with your spine, and then you slouch on top of that making you look like a homosexual 's’.
    Stand up straight.
    Fix your hips.
    Fix your neck.

Fix your fricking chair and position of your monitor.

You have upper AND lower cross syndrome. You will never fix your posture unless you strengthen your back muscles, ass / hip muscles, and your core muscles.

You'll need a good full body routine with emphasis on your upper back and core to relaly fix this shit. Plus you'll need to make sure that your office chair has your thighs parallel with the floor when sitting and that you screen is at a position where you aren't craning your neck down to view it.
