    These are the ingredients:

    Spices:
    >1tsp cayenne pepper
    >1tsp hot chili powder
    >2tsp cumin
    >3tsp smoked paprika
    >2tsp coriander
    >1tsp oregano
    >20 cranks of black pepper

    Ingredients:
    >750g lean beef
    >3-4 bell peppers
    >3 large onions or 4-5 normal
    >6 cloves of crushed garlic (~20g)
    >1-2tbsp tomato puree
    >2 tins of chopped tomatoes
    >2 tins of kidney beans
    >1 rich beef stock pot
    >1 vegetable stock pot
    >1tbsp olive oil

          I'm trying to keep the calories lower, especially the fats otherwise I deffo would. I normally use butter but olive oil is easier to measure precisely, the italian sausage sounds good though

            Get two packs of Chorizo sausages and just cut them up and toss them in the pan with the meat. Also a good substitute if you get tired of flank steak is salmon or halibut.

                Potato, baked rustic potato.
                You can make a stir fry with the meat if you'd like but I like meat and potato more. Don't need a whole bunch of greens.

            I've never tried ꜱoy sauce with chilli so I'm not sure how that would turn out, I don't use ꜱoy any more since I don't quite trust it and I know I can live without it

      I don't normally track calories but it's nice when meal prepping to know how much each dish has
