Just retract your shoulder blades during the eccentric and then protract during the concentric. Never hold keep your shoulder blades retracted during the eccentric. I still have pain in my shoulder blades due to the cue.
More rom, safes your shoulders and brutal chest activation

I am not a fucking 5 feet Asian manlet. Squats never felt right and I never felt my legs like I should. Just hurt my hips and lower back.
Did Bulgarian split squats with a friend and since 4 days I have still brutal doms in my quads and gluts like never in my life before and I squatted 3 plates.

They move just so much weight because they reduce the rom and play with the leverages. They never learned to train the muscle in its full rom.
They also have lots if imbalances because they focus on the 3 exercises.

      Fuck you bro. I did the same exercise (bench press) with less weight and like how we are supposed to it without arching your back and move the shoulder blades and never felt my chest like this before. Even with less weight I had doms for 3 days.

    you know it's the same thing as the bench right.
    You can do variants, different feet positions, toe direction, queing, etc and that can help target different muscles in your legs.

    I am a 5ft 10 manlet with a 34in inseam and I do fine on my squats. If I want glute and less quads I do low bar. More quads I do a narrower stance and high bar or front squats.
