He roided, right? There's no way a natty body can become so asymmetric.
Same with Derek MPMD, if he didn't roid then his chest wouldn't look so shitty because his shoulders wouldn't overpower everything else.
is PPL okay for beginners?
I'm doing the 6 day PPL from reddit, but people are saying your joints will frick up if you do linear progression for so many days a week
Unironically skipping leg day is the ultimate chad move. Only people who care about legs are homosexuals and fat powershitters on the internet. Either way their opinion is irrelevant.
>Missed gym's razor-thin Sunday hours for leg day >It was kinda on purpose because I relate to OP's pic
Thank you for shaming me. I went for a run up some hills and I'll do some split and pistol squats at home now.

Natties can be asymmetrical of they have scoliosis or other orthopedic issues
Squats on push days
RDLs on pull days
There. I solved the leg day question
you can’t
It’s not
It’s not possible
you gays actually hate leg days?
Yes they're shit
Exhausting and heavy
No, they're the best.
A fearsome warrior. Grow fast little bro.
that looks like a ladybug beetle
Cool bug 🙂
I train legs every single time I'm in the gym, twice a week squatting, twice a week pulling plus accessories
If you train like a moron and do 20 high fatigue leg exercises in one day I can see how you'd hate it, it would feel like death every single time
Tomorrow I'm doing 9 high intensity sets each for glutes quads hammies. Wish me luck
Used to hate leg days with a passion until I was like 3 weeks into P/P/L split, now I look forward to leg day every week
Yes I hate leg day it’s awful.
Yes no one actually likes leg day only gay reddit c**ts that do 5x5 with 2pl8 enjoy it
Leg days feel nice because they're my strongest muscle groups and it's really satisfying mogging myself from previous weeks

Idk what the Reddit PPL is, but PPL isfine for beginners if they have the time and energy to push themselves hard every day.
