      I train legs every single time I'm in the gym, twice a week squatting, twice a week pulling plus accessories

      If you train like a moron and do 20 high fatigue leg exercises in one day I can see how you'd hate it, it would feel like death every single time

    is PPL okay for beginners?
    I'm doing the 6 day PPL from reddit, but people are saying your joints will frick up if you do linear progression for so many days a week
