It's not gonna be like taking 250mg of caffeine... you're not gonna be swept away and overwhelmed so much by its effects that you HAVE to notice them. It's gonna be super subtle because it's converted to Arginine which in turn is an HGH secretagogue and raises Nitric Oxide in the body. The benefits of higher GH go without saying, and higher NO / better pumps can be easy to miss if you're not paying attention or doing the right exercises (typically high volume low intensity)

3g beta-alanine
6g L-Citrulline
3.5g sodium bicarbonate
150mg caffeine
16 oz. of water
pinch of freshly squeezed lemon juice
I also use the same measures as above with 40 oz. of water for intra workout (minus the caffeine)
Shits cheaper and better than any pre-workout on the market. I feel like an absolute bull on it.
Tried it pre-workout for a few weeks and didn't do anything. If it does anything it's probably nothing creatine + sleep can't do.

Just get tadalafil. It does all of that and is an estrogen antagonist so you build more lean muscle mass

It's ok but adding sodium bicarbonate is moronic it probably reacts with other acidic stuff, also dose is way too low.
