Do you guys know about this stuff? It makes it easier to do your reps during a workout. And it makes your PP harder.

Tried it pre-workout for a few weeks and didn't do anything. If it does anything it's probably nothing creatine + sleep can't do.

I can't imagine how you zoomers don't die with how ignorant you are.
Citrulline is the only thing that raises l-arginine.
l-arginine supplementation does nothing, the body says you have enough and it pisses the rest out. When you supplement l-citrulline your body says we need to make more l-arginine to balance the two out.
l-citrulline needs a buildup of about two weeks for it to be useful.
l-citrulline malate the synthetic version requires no buildup.

This is pretty standard fitness supplement and unlike "creatine" it's actually useful. You get more than enough creatine from dietary sources.
l-citrulline is found very sparingly in nature.

Its a supplement not a preworkout you fucking craterbrained ape. You dont take it for one workout you do 2 weeks later you absolutely black hole dense motherfucker. You take it for two weeks before the effects take place. AND THEN YOU KEEP TAKING IT DAILY AND YOU HAVE PERMANENT +1 strength UNTIL YOU STOP TAKING IT. Did you get that little guy? Do you need to watch a tiktok video to figure it out? Christ how do you people even remember to breathe.

I read that citrulline is only useful temporary, not as a supplement like creatine or beta alanine. What dose do you take everyday? At what time of the day?

I don't think that is true for l-arginie. I take a 5,000mg supplement and I notice a big pump and have viagra dick. have you ever taken it before?

Not him, but that's 100% true.

And I have taken l-arginine, for several months with no observable effect. Citrulline malate, however, has increased the feeling of the pump significantly for me.

Both are these are 100% wrong.

It's not gonna be like taking 250mg of caffeine... you're not gonna be swept away and overwhelmed so much by its effects that you HAVE to notice them. It's gonna be super subtle because it's converted to Arginine which in turn is an HGH secretagogue and raises Nitric Oxide in the body. The benefits of higher GH go without saying, and higher NO / better pumps can be easy to miss if you're not paying attention or doing the right exercises (typically high volume low intensity)

Is it made with 100% pure powdered pp?

Yes, Citrulline is the real deal and I am amazed that so many people on here or who I've known over the years take arginine instead of this, especially when Arginine literally tastes like powdered hobo piss and makes you squirt out of your butt

Just get tadalafil. It does all of that and is an estrogen antagonist so you build more lean muscle mass

Furthermore many athletes superdose on it because its clean on a tox screen and is proscribed by a doctor for penis health totally not for performance

yes, have used it for years. I make my own home brew pre-work out with this stuff.
    for those interested:
    3g beta-alanine
    6g L-Citrulline
    3.5g sodium bicarbonate
    150mg caffeine
    16 oz. of water
pinch of freshly squeezed lemon juice

I also use the same measures as above with 40 oz. of water for intra workout (minus the caffeine)

Shits cheaper and better than any pre-workout on the market. I feel like an absolute bull on it.

It's ok but adding sodium bicarbonate is retarded it probably reacts with other acidic stuff, also dose is way too low.
