        Over 97% is used for desserts, for the most part. The sweet spot for regular consumption is 70~90%. Though, as long as it is over 80%, all is good to me.

    I do half a banana and a tablespoon of peanut butter 30 minutes before my workout.

    Then after the workout, I use the other half of the banana by blending it with 6 raw eggs and a tablespoon of honey.

    For more fats, I'll occasionally have coffee with butter, MCT oil, and half/half.

          pretty much, you can get away with store brand oats honestly it's all the same shit
          as for ice cream it is for the extra calories, it's not super unhealthy but if you wanted you can substitute some or all of the ice cream for stuff like peanut butter and still have a range of recipes to choose from

    First I go for a run sober to put my body in a certain heightened state. Then I have black coffee, cigarette, amphetamine. During my workout I rip bongs (sativa.) Post workout I eat steak, eggs and bacon and baked beans. Sometimes I'll have a benzo and more weed after to get all jazzed up and go out and talk to strangers on the bus.
