Thanks man, Picrel is me now bulked up 2-3 months later around 170. I've been doing lots of ab isolation to take advantage of the 8 pack and now my abs are popping at 20%ish bodyfat, never thought was even possible.

I went from never deadlifting because of being a scaredy cat to a 405lb diddly. Back was one of my focuses and I'm real pleased with how it's coming along.
Three months at 190lbs in both, took about 3-4 weeks off because of tennis elbow.
Relatively the same, dropped EQ and cruising on test and deca so less vascular but arms got a little bit bigger and quads a little more defined.

I'm not a super gifted athlete but any means but years of steady lifting got me to a 5pl8 dip for reps (granted not many) and a 2pl8 pull up for reps. I pulled over 5pl8 before destroying my back doing that sort of ego lift, but even after having to switch to my cripple style lifts I've lunged more than 3pl8.

Every now and again at different gyms you see some twink who is throwing 2pl8 overhead or deading a bar full of plates, and realize that here is someone who has been natty training all their life and the result is that they have elite lifts, but as soon as they stop lifting they look like some normal only moderately swole dude.

Time frame was actually pretty short, but it's because I was regaining mass I had before. I had already gone up to 175ish about as lean twice and then cut for sports, or outdoor jobs I had. I worked as a guide for a while doing climbing and backpacking and I'd lose like 20lbs in a summer. Made for killer cardio though. Or I did a long trip in the Andes and went from 165 to 133; wasn't a lot of me left.
I did for up above 190 once but it's too much work to maintain. I need to eat a ton and be willing to get sort of fat to be lean that heavy, and then the mass just melts off anyhow.

I've hit most of the strength goals I set for the summer already. My next strength goals are a 245lb bench press and 400lb squat.
Goal for bodyweight is 200lbs by next February, I'm up from 150lb to 180lb but gaining in the summer is so hard so I'll be doubling down again in September.

Probably lost a lot of strength but my muscle mass is mostly still there underneath (just kinda deflated). I’m confident that restoring the muscle isn’t going to be an issue, it’s mostly the fat that bothers me.

What's your weights in feb and june/july and what did you do for arms? My arms are unironically as small as yours in february.
Weight in February is 150lbs, in June I was 180lb now back at 175 cause its too goddamn hot. All I do for arms is weighted & unweighted pullups/chinups, and I guess bench press/OHP for triceps.
I've only snatched a couple times so only 80kg, and I've never cleaned, I can't get into a front rack position.
Other lifts are 140lb/225lb/350lb/405lb

Try different push/pull motions with elastic bands and write down which movements aggravate it. Speedy recovery brother
Thanks bro, my PT has given me a short routine that should help strengthen it but most compounds seem to be hurting so they're all out, can't even do my dips or my pullups, proper gutted. Is what it is though
It's a shame, I had a partial shoulder dislocation recently which locked me out of a few lifts, mostly pulls, but I found out that I could still perform the same motions but with dumbbells instead of barbells. Hope that helps in your case as well
Yeah I've replaced things like barbell bench with dumbbells to hopefully correct the imbalance, but stuff like OHP is out of the question, even with extremely light weight, don't want to risk it.
Thanks though, fingers crossed it can patch itself up in a couple of months. It gives me a chance to work on other weak areas like my forearms, legs and abs so trying not to look at it like a total negative

Yeah, id be dissapointed if I roided for my physique. I may take gear when I'm older if low test actually becomes an issue but I'd like to avoid it. Only steroids I've taken is prednisone for an autoimmune issue I have
