>farmed salmon >disease and parasite ridden >wild caught salmon >full of plastics
You can't win with either option. The moment lab grown salmon becomes commercially available I'm switching to that.
I just had salmon, buckwheat, and black beans with butter all cooked with instant pot in about 20 minutes. Food prep is for chumps, instant pot is all anyone needs.
Once or twice a week I pan sear the salmon with salt and pepper with steamed rice and roasted broccoli. Then make a sauce out of simmered garlic, shallot, beef stock, onions sauce, honey, sesame oil, fish sauce, msg, salt, and pepper.
>proper diet includes salmon
Can somebody tell me a good alternative? I tried Salmon one time and fucking sucks, it tasted ad if I was kissing the fish
Try mackerel then - Easy and tinned like Deenz, but different flavor and texture if thats your problem with it.

A dynamite roll and a tray of salmon sashimi, with a Hitachino to wash it down - I miss it bro's. Been cutting too long, trying to stop being a fatass - Succeeding, I guess, but at what cost.
Try pan searing it, lots of recipes out there and you can simplify most of them to salt+pepper+lemon juice instead of all the herbs and Hispanices they usually recommend.
Yessir. I've seen a few of them and that one is by far the most horrific. Dude that got his leg chopped off in front of his family and tried to walk on the stump when he got back on the boat was pretty gnarly. Propeller deaths are fascinating for some reason
Though a few days ago, I ate about 14 pounds of ribeye over the span of 3 days. Now, though, I'm fasting. Strange, though, that my weight didn't go up after a day, but instead dropped a few pounds, though, despite eating 5+ pounds the first day. Must be those calories going out, though, which means meat only is far superior to McDonald's/vegetarian. However no one knows this for now, though, so it's my secret.
I keep a jar of healthy fats and proteins on my desk at all times.

No, it doesn't. Enjoy the omega-12 and PCBs. you can't get "Salmon" without paying about $30/lb anymore.
What you showed there isn't "salmon".

Guess I will just skip entirely on that

>mackerel
this is hard to get in some parts of the US
Sardines are the most based but if salmon is too fishy for you, you probably won’t like them either. Maybe tilapia
>Maybe tilapia
I will check that out

>sardines, herring and anchovies, and other larger pelagic fish such as salmon, trout, tuna, swordfish and mackerel
swordfish isnt that commonly eaten but in case you do try it dont have it too often, it has more mercury

Tuesday, I think, had a bacon salmon avocado sandwich from a local cafe.
Looks tasty
Hit by a boat propeller, I assume.
