proper diet includes salmon Posted on May 13, 2023 by Anonymous When was the last time you had healthy fats and proteins?
I keep a jar of healthy fats and proteins on my desk at all times.
I bet you buy shit just from seeing facebook ads don't you
These are usually borderline rancid-on-arrival.
how do you like your salmon?
>disease and parasite ridden
>wild caught salmon
>full of plastics
You can't win with either option. The moment lab grown salmon becomes commercially available I'm switching to that.
>lab grown salmon
Maybe 2 weeks ago I had salmon. Have Deenz 2-3 times a week though.
For me, it's Sea Bass
Pick one and only one.
I eat salmon like 3-4 times a week, 2-3 times as deli, 1-2 times as proper dinner
its my favorite food
on a similar note, ate some deenz a sec ago
Im on a cut and I switched out salmon for zander, eating it twice a week
I prefer raw brain
enjoy your prions
You have a raw brain inside you right now, do you have prions?
you have sugar inside you right now, do you have diabetes?
oooooo lawd dis yboy got it mmmmmmmhhhm
might as well cut out the middleman and just drink toxins.
swordfish or salmon couple times per week. new york strip 1-2 times. chicken breast other times
I just had salmon, buckwheat, and black beans with butter all cooked with instant pot in about 20 minutes. Food prep is for chumps, instant pot is all anyone needs.
Once or twice a week I pan sear the salmon with salt and pepper with steamed rice and roasted broccoli. Then make a sauce out of simmered garlic, shallot, beef stock, onions sauce, honey, sesame oil, fish sauce, msg, salt, and pepper.
Food prep is for chumps imho
Hey Bay Area anon
>proper diet includes salmon
No, it doesn't. Enjoy the omega-12 and PCBs. you can't get "Salmon" without paying about $30/lb anymore.
What you showed there isn't "salmon".
>proper diet includes salmon
Can somebody tell me a good alternative? I tried Salmon one time and fucking sucks, it tasted ad if I was kissing the fish
Guess I will just skip entirely on that
Try mackerel then - Easy and tinned like Deenz, but different flavor and texture if thats your problem with it.
A dynamite roll and a tray of salmon sashimi, with a Hitachino to wash it down - I miss it bro's. Been cutting too long, trying to stop being a fatass - Succeeding, I guess, but at what cost.
this is hard to get in some parts of the US
Sardines are the most based but if salmon is too fishy for you, you probably won’t like them either. Maybe tilapia
I will check that out
Try pan searing it, lots of recipes out there and you can simplify most of them to salt+pepper+lemon juice instead of all the herbs and Hispanices they usually recommend.
>sardines, herring and anchovies, and other larger pelagic fish such as salmon, trout, tuna, swordfish and mackerel
swordfish isnt that commonly eaten but in case you do try it dont have it too often, it has more mercury
Tuesday, I think, had a bacon salmon avocado sandwich from a local cafe.
Hit by a boat propeller, I assume.
Yessir. I've seen a few of them and that one is by far the most horrific. Dude that got his leg chopped off in front of his family and tried to walk on the stump when he got back on the boat was pretty gnarly. Propeller deaths are fascinating for some reason
>healthy farmed salmon full of oxidized omega 3s when cooked
raw sushi is goat
I eat it everyday
i like raw salmon
Herring is better.
yes; yesterday because I had sardines
love me some mercury
enjoy your heavy metals
Though a few days ago, I ate about 14 pounds of ribeye over the span of 3 days. Now, though, I'm fasting. Strange, though, that my weight didn't go up after a day, but instead dropped a few pounds, though, despite eating 5+ pounds the first day. Must be those calories going out, though, which means meat only is far superior to McDonald's/vegetarian. However no one knows this for now, though, so it's my secret.
