                Lead by example. You're the one making the claim contrary to historical human development. You can choose to believe me or not but these are my all time lifts as a non vegan natty. These numbers are by no means impressive but I assert that it would be neigh impossible to do as a vegan natty.

                Bench - 10 x 3 x 295 lbs
                Squat - 440 lbs
                Dead 495 lbs

                All performed around 200 lb bodyweight at 6' tall.

    Go to instagram and look up "vegan body builder" or power lifter or some shit and there are plenty of them.

    Even Mike Isratel(sp?) said its a perfectly valid approach to body building but not without its challenges. tl;dr - meat is easier to build with but plants arnt too far behind, probably doesn't matter
