Does IST have any good recipes for protein shakes?

Here's mine:

>1 scoop of unsweetened whey
>1 banana
>2 dates
>1tbs peanut butter
>1tbs cacao powder
>4-5tbs ground bisquits

        Try matcha green tea too if you want some theanine, tea flavor mixed in with milk. It's really nice. Or all those latte mixes like chai you can buy in packets from the store. It's an instant flavor enhancer.

      too many things for me. My head gets dizzy having to buy regularly complex stuff

    I have a red solo cup that I use everyday for my shake:

    >2 scoops gold standard whey
    >Fill rest of the way to the line in the cup with water

    I drink this while i do my routine, which usually takes about 1.25 hours. Everyone in my home knows not to touch this cup. Every day I have to scrape out the crusty residue that hardens along the ring in the bottom of the cup overnight.

    Squirt of honey
    Half a cup of greek yogurt
    2 scoops collagen
    OJ to blend

    I call this my ambrosia shake. I always feel fantastic after drinking it.

    Like 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
    Handful of spinach
    Handful of frozen berries
    A splash or two of milk
    It's pretty nice tbh

    I dont drink that shit cause its tasty. If you want tasty ill give you something healty and tasty:
    - yogurt
    - banana
    This shit is SSS+ GOD TIER. Just blend those two and maybe add a splash if water cause yogurt is really thin and liquid where i live.

    Not a shake but I've been mixing protein powder with greek yogurt and strawberry jam lately. It kinda tastes like low quality strawberry pie. It looks like a little like telletubby food tho.

    150ml low cal milk
    200g of frozen broccoli
    40g of double chocolate powder
    fill the rest up with water

    you do not taste the fricking broccoli which I hate and it only has like 250-300 calories total and the double coco tastes good
