Protein to fat:

Protein to fat:
>Estimates for the percentage of excess protein that gets converted to fat vary, but it is generally believed to be relatively low, typically less than 10% of the excess protein consumed.

Carbs to fat:
>Research studies have suggested that the conversion rate of excess carbohydrates to fat through DNL is relatively low, ranging from approximately 3% to 10% of the total calories consumed.

Stay away from dietary fats if you eat over your TDEE

You're going to have to provide a number for that. Like anything within your body, in order to be converted to adipose tissue it goes through the digestion process and later anabolic and catabolic processes

      Fats to fat:
      >The percentage of excess fat that gets stored as fat can vary depending on various factors, including an individual's genetics, diet, exercise level, and overall health. However, as a general estimate, it is believed that the body stores about 95% of excess dietary fat as body fat.

    VERY NICE OP!
Nice provide references for fat storage for overcaloric feeding on Fat + Protein + Carbs, and make a tidy infograph and meme it so we can all learn.

So how does this actually work though? to keep numbers simple, suppose my baseline is 300, but i eat

    110 carb, 110 protein, 110 fat

    Does the body take 10 of each? leading to 10%*10+ 10%*10 + 90%*10 = 11

Or: knowing that fat is preferentially stored, does it allocate resources to maxmise storage? i.e. 110+110+80= 300, then 90%*30 = 27

In either case, there is leftover: in situation 1, our real burn would be 319, with 11 storage, in 2 our burn would be 303, with 27 storage.

So this would imply high carb high protein low fat diets increase metabolism? Isn't that basically Peatism (high sugar, moderate protein, zero PUFA but not a high fat diet) or your standard 'chicken brocolli rice' bodybuilder diet?

this is gibberish whatever youre trying to say. go learn krebs cycle, glyceroneogenesis, glycogenesis and beta oxidation. a lot of things is possible depending circumstances there is no such thing like eating 110 and burning 100 its not like a gas tank of a car.
