Are you still eating carbs? You know, all health problems began in the agriculture revolution when we started farming grains and veggies. Before that, cavemen had a clean bill of health off of meats, bones and organs.

Funnily enough the only time your argument is correct is in inuits that have gone so long without stable sources of carbs. They have mutations in the metabolic pathways that store and process fat making it around 10-15% more efficient.

        Is milk bad for you?

          Anonymous

I know what you mean but the lactose in milk at least does not lead to tooth decay in combination with the calcium and phosphorous that is found in milk it basically neutralises the acidity in your mouth
mammals also usually only consume milk during infancy when their teeth are still forming

Carbs don't cause cavities, uncleaned bacteria from sugar causes cavities.

they don't cause cavities directly obviously, but they still end up causing cavities kinda like pulling the triggger on a loaded gun pointing at yourself is gonna harm you but it's not the trigger or even the gun that's hurting you

            >mammals also usually only consume milk during infancy when their teeth are still forming

This, I think anyone who drinks milk past 12 months are doing themselves an unnatural form of harm. Human beings are pretty much the only animals to drink another animals milk past the teething age. Once a human being gets teeth and can start eating regular food. It should stav away from indefinitely. Cheeses are okay, but pretty much all other forms of dairy should be stopped.

I know I'm gonna be called every name in the book, but drinking milk past early infancy is unnatural and was brought by the agriculture revolution.

A goat doesn't need to. A human being doesn't need to after a certain age, this is why nature designed us to consume other things. I'm not trying to rain on the milk parade, I'm just telling you that human beings are the only creatures capable of doing what they've done and it's an artificial form of sustenance.

Other animals don't drink milk because it's unnecessary and not a good way of long-term sustainment. You are depriving animals of nurturing their offspring in the early weeks of life which is not proactive to growing a population.

If you want to drink milk, go ahead, nobody is stopping you. But you must understand that you are the only creature who can do that, it just seems off. You shouldn't need milk, you're a capable adult who be able to eat anything and receive nourishment from it. It's like riding a bike with training wheels despite knowing how to ride without them, it's just unneeded.

                >Should you not cook?
Completely different idea, human beings domesticated fire and were able to use it as a tool to cook food and get more nutrients. Unlike milk, human beings don't need a whole other animal to make this happen. Also, cooking food is more imperative to health than milk of another animal.

What do you mean by no harm? Plenty of data on milk when it comes to increasing estrogen as well has heart disease and other cancers. As well as the harm to the animal involved in forced impregnation and the mental trauma of having their baby separated from birth. Milk isn't even that nutrient dense, especially when you have to consider the resources you're putting into raising the animals.

Point still stands, after a certain age it is biologically unnecessary to drink milk, especially to surrogate milk from other animals. It's the reason why we aren't all drinking fresh breastmilk 24/7 and why we hunted and foraged.

Incorrect. There is a hypothesis that early hunter-gatherers often purposely targeted nursing ruminants to harvest milk from their utters since it there is direct evidence for it in more recent hunter-gatherer populations.
              https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2020/05/200511112611.htm
Moreover Northern Europeans, especially Scandinavians, have extremely low lactose intolerant rates being adapted to drinking milk. Moreover here's something else that's food for thought in regards to milk drinking in early humans
              https://www.milkgenomics.org/?splash=remarkable-diversity-of-milk-digesting-bacteria-in-hunter-gatherer-infants
              >anyone who drinks milk past 12 months are doing themselves an unnatural form of harm
              >drinking milk past early infancy is unnatural
It's not unnatural or harmful. It's quite natural and it's not doing harm unless you're lactose intolerant or sensitive to something else in the milk.
              >was brought by the agriculture revolution.
The earliest available evidence for dairying is from then neolithic period. However, it does not mean that dairying was not practiced prior.

Nothing new here, you're just showing that pre-industrial milk is good for you and that human beings were still the first and only creatures to drink milk after a certain age when it becomes unnecessary. Nobody is arguing the benefits of 100% clean, unmolested milk. But the requirement of it to live off of it has been shown by the laws of nature that it's not needed.

                >pre-industrial milk is good for you
The post I was referring to claimed it was harmful. Stating that it's good for you is contrary to that.
                >human beings were still the first and only creatures to drink milk after a certain age when it becomes unnecessary
Whether or not it's "necessary" doesn't matter. Moving pieces of iron for a physique or to try to win a lifting contest is not necessary. Neither is music or posting on a taiwanese training forum. Yet you can benefit personally in some way by doing them. Human beings can derive nutrition from milk and will. Living past your 20's and 30's is also unnecessary, yet it is a goal for most people as increase their lifespan and will wish to do so anyways.
-gathers would sometimes hunt for milk specifically
                >Nothing new here
                Yet
                >>was brought by the agriculture revolution,
being the assertion I was replying, to is the opposite of this as being solely a product of the agricultural revolution implies that hunter-gatherers would never have done it before then.
                >But the requirement of it to live off of it has been shown by the laws of nature
                >laws of nature
The "laws of nature" as you are referring to are just an opinion. There really is no such thing outside of fundamental mechanistic behaviors. Humans have actively sought out milk in the past as part of their diet and will continue to do so and benefit from it. The other way to state "against the laws of nature" is that it's "not natural." However as it is natural for animals to seek sustenance in whatever form it can utilize, human beings have sought out milk in spite of being weened from their mother's milk. Hence human beings seeking out milk for sustenance is quite natural.

I don't entirely disagree but as far as I understand pre-civilization people would have still foraged for a bit of their food anyway. Probably very few wild grains but some leafy plants, roots/tubers, berries, etc.

Overall I think trying to emulate that kind of diet makes sense though. After all, we evolved to fit that diet over millions of years.

He's a redditor that once told his story about how he was raped after meeting a dude in a bar that did keto and now he tried to "regain power" by mocking his diet everywhere.

He will start 4/5 threads every day and post everywhere the same 10 pictures "debunking" keto.

WOW the satanic globalist mafia keto schizo shills are out in full force lately shitting on ANY and ALL plant foods ALL DAY EVERY DAY and accusing anyone who ever even ate a french fry of being a vegan. There is a current agenda/attack on plant foods or veganism because they want to trick or force everyone to eat a full carnivore only diet with not even rice or any carbs at all, or alternatively a fully insecto-carnivore only diet where they just eat a shitload of bugs and nothing else like snow piercer. They want to promote wild extreme unhealthy dangerous fad gimmick diets that are politically charged agenda propaganda shitstorms.

BE AWARE OF THIS WEIRD SHIT.

Starting a 2 week carnivore diet next week, non goyslop edition. I plan on hitting up costco this week to pick some stuff up
    >NY strips
    >chicken breast
    >frozen fish filets (talapia preferably)
    >sardines
    >bacon
    >ground bison
    >eggs
    >hotdogs
    >turkey pepperoni for snacking

Trying to have a balance of lean meats and fatty meats, since my body’s main energy source is fats. Anyone tried a carnivore diet before? What can I expect? I’m currently on a cut and I hear carnivore diets can help lose body fat. Also
    >not a ketotard
    >not anti-carb
    >just want to try something different.

      >non goyslop
      >bacon
      >hotdogs
      >pepperoni
Look at the ingredients on the package. It's most likely overprocessed goyslop.

And I've done carnivore, it's great. I never feel hunger and I feel good all the time. The first few weeks can be hard on you because your gut bacteria has to adapt if you've been running on sugar until then.

No do not watch goy TV, and I'm worried that you make scientific and dietary conclusions out of watching entertainment shows.

      >cavemen had a clean bill of health ( lucky to live into their 30s )
it began a nightmare, only a complete fricking imbecile...

Milk products are very healthy for you. Especially grass fed milk. Perfect omega 3 ratios.

You know who consumes a lot of milk products? Swiss, Italian, and Scandinavian people, and they have among the highest life expectancies in the world.

Fermented grains, grass fed milk and beef, fresh veggies/fruit with an emphasis on natural berries, and copious antioxidant rich spices is by far the most OP diet and will make you invincible.

Scandis have the highest heart disease rates in Europe and even their blue zone is largely vegetarian.

      Not to mention
      >socialist healthcare

But no, the milk and sardines is why they live nearly 80 years on average.
