    I too, enjoy pull ups. But I am currently using the assist machine for my 5x5's because I'm weak. I can't wait until I can do actual weighted pull ups

    how do I do a muscleup bros. I've been training for months now and can't get it. Got to like 3x10 30 lbs pullups but injuries (not from pullups) and other things got in the way, want to get back into it soon

            Lol bruh its your technique, Im weaker than you and I can get a couple clean muscle ups.
            Practice them kipping and swinging one arm up at a time and watch some youtube tutorials. I taught my buddy whos a big meat head how to do them in like 5 minutes.

            I guess I will go watch some youtube and pester my friend for tips

          it's not kipping moron that's proper muscle up form. if you start perpendicular to the ground like a regular pull up you're never gonna pull it off and will frick your shoulder up

      Unironically ab wheels on the knees help with the transition. if you can do it with bent arms even better, try to feel the stretch in your tris.

    I can do maybe 12 and I dislike the pullup. I like rows because you can squeeze hard as frick. The pullup feels like you can't get a good pump.
