Drink some caffeine so you don’t fail both goals. Nicotine is significantly more harmful.

Power through it mate. The cravings only last 3 minutes, then your body gives up for a few hours and sneaks up on you later. It gets easier after a few weeks.

Not good to quit both same time. Get a nicotine patch, drink green tea, black tea. You have to slowly ween off.

I don't know why you would quit caffeine completely. I went from drinking my coffee black to adding milk to it and then sipping on it for a long time. That way I get the benefits of caffeine without crashing and I keep the overall dose low since I drink 1 cup over hours. As for nicotine, I tapered down from 10-15 a day for the past 20 years to mostly just smoking on the weekend. I don't like putting pressure on myself by saying I quit completely, I'd much rather just say I don't smoke when I don't want to but I can if I feel like it. That's a dangerous approach, but if you managed to get through a few weeks of doing it this way the cravings will be very minimal.

As someone who used to smoke 10 black and milds a day and 4 cups of coffee and 2 white monsters. Quit one at a time.

I now have 1-2 cups of coffee every morning and 1 cigar at the end of the day.

I still can't quit both while also working out, headaches, feel like shit. Just too much at once. You can't just raw-dog life. Gotta give somewhere. One at a time.

4 in the morning. One at lunch. One after work before workout

2 black and milds every morning when I wake up. 2 on the drive to work (1 hR drive). 2 at lunch. 2 when I got home or on the drive home before I worked out and 2 after I worked out as a reward/end of the day relaxation.

I was single and working and stressed out more then.

          What's a black and mild? I smoke 60 rollies a day and 10 doesn't sound that difficult.

Coffee and nicotine are both incredibly based. Enjoy the Alzheimer's I guess.
Also: quitting with willpower doesn't work.

I quit caffeine for 3 months once and just felt like crap the whole time.
I chew 4mg of nicotine gum a day and take a weekend off every month or two.

I might quit when I'm trying to knock my wife up, since I heard caffeine spikes hormones that make it more likely to have f*male kids. But, you know I'm getting right back on that shit.

the headache is going to pass on day teo of withdrawal. Its your capillaries and arteries expanding because caffeine and nicotine both shrink them, which is why less blood circulates through your body. Godspeed anon.

How is normal nicotine harmful? I thought it was a brain stimulant and the real bad shit is the tobacco smoke and tar. I supplement nicotine.

I quit tobacco 15 years ago. It will suddenly be as if you never smoked and you'll literally forget tobacco existed, but to get there you just gotta hang on. Cravings get exponentially weaker with time, everything gets easier and bang its over.
The health difference is not subtle, you can really feel it
