He is a manlet, he is autistic and he is race mixed. Yet he made it, whenever you feel depressed just watch this video.
yeah, and it's over for me too so do't feel too bad
It's called withdrawals. If you fight through them they eventually go away.
>weed and porn
>month long withdrawals
yeah nah
A month isn't even long enough for most of the THC to leave OP's system.
You're a slave to your vices. It is what it is.
do not post in my thread again dalit i am not slave
Replace your weed and porn addiction with another one. Try cigarettes.
i said to do leave, you are untouchable sir
Quitting your coping mechanisms has allowed you to confront your reality. You're welcome.
Yes, being sober fricking sucks. That's why addictions exist. Welcome to life, anon.
Your dopamine dipped way below your normal, it takes time before that climbs back.
I didn't bother renewing my medical card and switched to delta 8 and other cannabis derivatives and just 2 puffs of a vape gives me a panic attack now. Not sure if switching back to dispensary shit would stop this or if it's just a sign to quit for good.
You're too old to smoke now, anon.
im 24 so that sucks
Delta 8 is moronic. You are smoking fake weed either quit completely or just smoke in moderation
smoking in moderation is worse honestly if you get panic attacks because you dont have a tolerance built up. I just cant justify the cost of a medical card and dispo weed so I am quitting.
I've been smoking since I was 17 I've never had a panic attack. It's just an individual basis.
You have no motive, no purpose. find something to work towards and only then can you be happy.
It’s only been a month, your body needs more time to go back to normal. I smoked weed everyday for 3 years and i quit cold turkey to get a job. It took months to go back to normal. I was lethargic too and everything was boring as frick. But I went back to normal eventually. Just keep working out it will help you return to baseline sooner.
You went cold turkey, didn't you? Cold turkey's the worst way to get over an addiction.
Cold turkey is the best way, but you have to fill the void with something else. It is easiest to quit an addiction if you make another major life change at the same time. The best one is moving somewhere far away to make a major context change in your life, a smaller move is still helpful because you still are surrounded by different scenery, and your brain will make permanent connections associating your new location with your decision to quit your vise. If you can't move to a new place it may be harder, but you can make other changes such as picking up a new hobby or changing your job, this decision and activity can act as a similar reinforcer.
When you quit, you should make it as a single decision, no "I'll see if I can make it a week/month" you make the decision, and in the next few days you will have cravings, but what you do is think back to the moment of your decision, and the logic for why you made the decision. You repeat to yourself that the addiction is no longer a part of yourself. Further you view the action of the addiction with disgust. Each time you do this you are reinforcing this part of your new personality, and each time the craving will become less frequent. Within a month or so you will no longer have any cravings at all, and whenever you see something that reminds you of the addiction you will think back to when you were addicted and only see the subject with disgust instead of craving.
Addiction is only a word and strong habit (although some have physical withdrawals which you may have to deal with medically in some way), as a human you have control over your actions. But to excersise this control you have to make conscious decisions. With no emphatic decision you won't make a major change to your life.
To any anon struggling with addiction, I believe in you and know you can get passed it.
Look ip huberman lab podcast on dopamine and you wi understand what is happening to you. Soon your dopamine baseline increases and you will be feel as good as on drugs, without any drugs. You will be normal.
don't listen to the morons saying you're going through withdrawl right now. unless you've been smoking weed regularly for years, it shouldn't take more than a month. meaning the cause is probably something else. maybe even depression. just go back to what worked and if it doesn't anymore, switch weed for dexamph or do a shroom tip
I quit weed before after smoking every day for a few years and it took about 2-3 months to get my full motivation back. Lasted 2 years and now I’m back to vaping socially and on weekends again. Ruh oh. I do find it way easier to just enjoy it one evening and then have nothing for weeks now though, so I want to stay this way and am strict about it. It’s too easy to slip into every day.
>it's another "waaaah I stopped smoking weed and now I'm sad better smoke weed again" post
You junkies are pathetic
