I take a walk everyday
But before I allow myself to take that walk
I do a workout routine
And when I get back home
Before I get to go to sleep
I repeat that workout routine

My routine:
20x curls (10kg dumbbells)
10x chest flys
10x lateral raise
100x heel lifts
50x pelvic lifts
100x crunches
100x side crunches
100x front neck flexion
100x back neck flexion

        Cant bother, but if you're in that desperate shape and state, start running. Some uphill runs as well, until you lose the large portion of fat that prevents you from doing push ups. Then continue with the running and dieting and push ups. Then when you're normal sized, look into weight lifting, calisthenics or both.

      Probably does the trick for the most part, maybe do hip thrusts instead of pelvic lifts
