I know that seems a lot lower than what you’d expect. I’m going off the results of two separate inbody machines from completely different places. I understand it’s not like a dexa scan but it’s all I have to go off of

I will say that my hips look wide here due to how my genetics place fat on my body. I’m get real bad fat around my waist and lower back. I won’t say I have the waist of Lee Haney, but it does get tight when I get low enough bf%
Bro you're around 10% bodyfat. Dropping down to single digits won't have that much affect on your waist size.
At that point it's more about definition.
You’d be really surprised then if you’d seen me in single digits when I was a lot smaller. My genetics fricked me with how my body holds fat. I’ll post an update here in the next few weeks when it tightens up. My waist is usually the last to go

Roids give you INSANE vascularity (I know because I am on roids) at all bodyfat levels and make your abs "pop" more at higher bodyfat levels due to the increase of glycogen.
I know this, because I'm currently sitting at 19% bodyfat (confirmed with a dexascan) and have vascular arms and legs. I also have ab definition.

I'd agree on the 21% mark. You look good but those electric impedance machines are highly inaccurate especially if you carry most of your bodyfat in the middle of your body, which seems to be your case.
Dexa honestly is pretty wildly inaccurate too. Pretty much every method of measuring body fat can be off by 5-10% bodyfat
I will say with upmost certainty that I’m carrying a good majority of it around my chest/armpit/lat areas and my midsection. A LOT groups up on my sides/lower back area. That’s currently where it is the worst and around the bottom of my torso, indicated by the little pooch lmfao

Also what i meant by limb dominant is that your extremities are somewhat overpowering your torso. In your case, it would be your biceps and forearms compared to your lacklustre chest. not saying your chest looks bad but in comparison, it falls short.

you mean pec separation? but yeah a solid line of separation is usually one of the factors ill think about when considering what makes a good chest, although to what degree it's controllable idk, maybe it's just genetic. Take all this with a grain of salt though, don't forget you look better than 95% of the male population, dysmorphia has its teeth sunk into me kek

I will say my chest where it runs from under my pit round the lat to my nipple, I carry a bit of fat there as well up until I get into the single digits bf wise. What’re your thoughts on emphasis via training-wise? Or do you think it’ll more than likely improve through more fat loss?
Well for starters we all carry fat somewhat differently, like my legs are honestly pretty strong, with a 150kg front squat but I am not even close to seeing that level of vascularity in my quads as you have, on the flip side my chest has fairly decent separation but only really on the left pec funnily enough, the right is lagging behind I think due to the fact that im right dominant and the majority of my chest workouts come from pressing motions, hence my right (stronger) arm takes some of the chest load off, resulting in an imbalance. What all this tells me is that it is most likely something that is changeable with varied training. Do a few different chest exercises for a while and compare pictures.
I am natty though so anything regarding potential steroid side effects I have no clue about

I came off for a couple years and lifted on and off until I started my next cycle around 21. I’ve gone back and forth up until last year where I’ve been blasting and cruising. However, this is my real first attempt at cutting down sub 200lbs from when I hit 235 3 years ago. So I’m eager to see how I look in single digits at 180+ lbs

I'm assuming you're flexing your abs in these pics and I would expect to see more definition. As others pointed out you may just carry more fat on your trunk. I would guess somewhere in the range of %13-%18. I got a dexa scan at 200 pounds telling me I was %20 bf. You have more mass then I did and I didn't have bicep or quad veins. My abs were pretty simillar to yours but I carry a lot of fat on my butt/thighs. The anons that said 21% are just messing with you. I would say keep cutting and see how it goes.

From what I can tell the best you can do is work on hair health, your face is bloated but that'll go down with a cut, and if you can't grow proper facial hair just shave that shit off.
Everything else is probably more towards hard maxing stuff and idk if you want to dip into there, different people will go to different lengths to gain beauty.
