    The best lift. Works your entire body. Can put tons of weight on. Mogs people with loud noises

    >pullups
    No better feeling than having control of your own body. Easily mog others by doing more than 5 or having good form. Can attach weights and feels even better when you're adding 45lbs+

    >dips
    Same as pull ups but for chest.

    >bench
    It's whatever. Your average lift. There's nothing really fun about benching imo. You do get to mog people once your numbers break 200.

    >squats
    Really shouldn't be this low but it is. It's too demanding on your body. Once you do squats your other lifts will take a hit and good luck trying to do squats last. But they do feel nice and putting good weight up is always something to be proud about

    Shit lift. Shit progression. Barely works anything. Delts can be trained using any other method for better results.

        Because deadlifts are actually part of your main workout on back or pull day. Squats are typically just a side thing unless you do a full leg day, which is for gays and girls.

        That guys moronic but I do get what he's saying, I'd rather fatigue the shit out of my CNS hitting DL PRs or heavy reps than burning out ATG squatting close to my 1rm. Not that I do that and he's still moronic but I get the idea.

    Super fatiguing and if you're not feeling exactly 100% that day you can forget about getting heavy work sets done at the weight you were hoping for

    Agonizing, they always made me nervous beforehand, I only ever did them for the mogs/mires, but ever since I've gone back over 200lbs they've gone to shit for me and it bums me out
