Your routine is absolutely fine and will give you good gains if you stick with it. My only critique would be to add some work for the side delts and long head of the triceps for juicier arms and shoulders.
To me, I found doing 10x3 for those 4 compound lifts allows me to have perfect form since I'm doing only 3 reps, can use heavy weights and don't feel burned out. It's the sweet spot for size and strength gains.

Too many exercises. Scale back to only OHP, pull-ups, front squats, and RDL for 10x3.
