      and some morons still think manlets have an advantage lol. its so much easier to build meat and size on a bigger frame its not even funny. It's borderline not even possible to ever be 170lbs as a manlet. Even with 10+ years of lifting. Size mogs. Sheer size will always mog when we are not talking about out of context edited and filtered photo. A taller guy can just lift for 1 year and bulk and look fricking huge.

        sometimes I add in 1-2 sets of DB hammer curls if my brachialis feels too fresh after back day
        but yeah, literally every set I do is until absolute failure with lengthened partials after I cant do full reps, so the insensity is pretty high even with so few working sets

        Interesting, when I was that weight at 6'0 I had 16" arms but I guess we all carry our weight differently. Currently still scratching at the 90kg mark. Got there a few times but never kept the weight on.

          yeah haha my arms were atrocious at that point

          mirin hard, post routine

          its a 6 day split, I do every exercise for 2 working sets (at weight with which I can do full 5-7 reps max), every set is done till absolute failure

          1st. day is chest = a.) machine chest press, b.) incline smith press, c.) something for front delts - mainly seated smith press and d.) machine chest flies

          2nd day is back = a.) chest supported pull (for upper lats so elbows close to body), b.) chest supported flared row (for traps and upper back so arms are now flared, almost 90 degree angle), c.) very wide grip pulldowns, d.) rear delt flies

          3rd day is rest

          4th day is legs = a.) high bar squats, b.) seated hamstring curls, c.) seated quad extensions, d.) calves

          5th day is arms + side delts = a.) JM press on smith, b.) preacher curls, c.) side delt raises with DBs, d.) some tricep pushdowns for the long head, e.) side delt raises on cables

          6th day is rest

              youre correct haha, I dont like bulky bodybuilder legs, theyre not my priority really, I play a lot of football and tennis so I would like to keep them slim for athleticism

                With huge legs my running endurance would drop greatly and I also dont like how huge legs look, I keep them just big enough so they fit my frame
