Yeah, I have a big ass dent in my chest. I’m hoping that gaining significant weight and muscle will at least get rid of it somewhat. Regarding eating, I will literally eat anything. I try avoiding goyslop like processed sugars, excess onions, and seed oils though. But for the most part I consume a lot of meat, dairy, and fruits. Very rarely do I drink liquid garbage like soda. Ocassionally I’ll have junk food but I limit it. I don’t know if simply avoiding foods that are literally horrible for your body and hormones makes me a picky eater though.
