I can understand your confusion. Many people, even those in fitness culture with big names don't even know enough kinesiology to know what all the functions of most muscles are.

One of the functions of the long head of the triceps is shoulder extension (think of the motion your arm makes with a pullover machine) and shoulder adduction (think of wide grip pullups). That's also the reason why pull ups and T bar rows are lat exercise. Those are the functions of the lats usually trained of course. You cannot train lats without also training the long head.

This is very apparent on straight arm lat pulldowns, you can tell the tricep activation is from more than just the arms being in an extended position

I've been adding heavy cheat db rows as my first lift, it's not been long enough to know but I like the fatigue the middle back/traps feel

Also I like seated barbell curls, they can be good to alternate on a workout to workout basis with standing barbell, just make sure you do a full rom exercise in conjunction with them

Do it with whichever form feels right. I dumbell row with flared elbows to right below my chest line. Some row with elbows tucked towards their waist

won’t chest supported t bar row suffice?

Dudes will really do 3 sets of pull ups for their pull day that they do like twice a week and then wonder why they suck at pull ups and their lats won't grow.

both pull ups and chest supported row hit lats

that’s 12 sets of lats per week

Ok man, I tried, just don't come crying back here asking why your lats won't grow and seething that pull ups must be some sort of skinny manlet conspiracy.

It says "Pull A" which implies there's 26 of them a week.

I'd drop the wrist extensions and only do one kind of curl, and I'd do 4 high intensity sets for your pullups/tbar/facepulls/curls instead. seems like junk volume at the end there but that's just me maybe

Here's mine for comparison, I think it's better:
    8x2/3 neutral grip weighted chin-ups
    3x6/8 neutral grip weighted chin-ups
    5x6/12 barbell curls
    4x6/12 barbell rows
