        Expected that answer but 6 days a week 6000 push ups, 4 weeks a month that's 24000 push ups, 12 months that would make 288 0000 a year.

        Plus all that on top of the other movements, yeah, impossible unless on PEDs. Maybe he just loved that green tea a lot.

      The closest thing to OHP and Bench Press at the same time in bodyweight training, as well as the pinning movement in wrestling is the Hindu Push Up, for Hindu Squats its similarly effective, toe stand, squat and swing in one. Great stuff from the Indian/Persian Folkstyle wrestling.
