I only do these friday and Sunday. I do an ab routine on Saturday and Wednesday. I also do cardio on Saturday.

    wouldnt it be better to spread these out to more sessions instead of cramming 30+ sets in one? how long do your sessions last? genuinely asking btw(dyel)

      I am a dyel too thats why I'm asking.

      They take a little over 2 hours. I don't feel over exerted or anything at the end though.

      I do not have the energy to workout during the week, so i kinda need to do it all on the weekend.

        You'll never make it. Not like that. Make your workouts shorter and easier. Take one or two muscle groups to failure and go home. You need to make this a lifestyle you will keep doing into the future.

          Thats how I used to do it but I want to workout the same muscle groups at least 2x per week to increase gains. In order for me to have time to do that I have to do it in 2 full body sessions on the weekend.

    I always use women olympic lifters as examples to women when I talk about lifting, a lot of them have beautiful bodies. They seem to think they will become massive shebeasts if they lift weights a single time.
