        this is the only shit I FEEL does something
        d3 made me stop getting sick multiple times a year
        zinc makes me horny a few hours after taking it and increases my load size
        fish oil gets rid of my eczema

        maybe k2 does something. But I don't FEEL it

          K2 cobtrol calcium methabolism. D3 increases calcium absorbtion and your body uses k2 to put where it's supposed to be. If you run out of it, you will have calcified arteries and joint. You can get rid of calcification if take enough of it.
          Boron is also needed for calcium methabolism. For the bones, it's even more important than the calcium itself.

              You can get a blood test for that. Otherwise you won't feel anything until you get high blood pressure and impotence in your 50s.
              If you eat grass fed meat and fermented food like natto or souerkraut, you should be getting enough

      pretty much these are the biggest bang for your buck. you could add magnesium i guess depending on ur diet or vit D if its winter and u live in an area with not enough sun

          Magnesium oxide or sulfate does that. You are not special. Magnesium busglycinate gets absorbed without any impact on your colon.
