K2 cobtrol calcium methabolism. D3 increases calcium absorbtion and your body uses k2 to put where it's supposed to be. If you run out of it, you will have calcified arteries and joint. You can get rid of calcification if take enough of it.
Boron is also needed for calcium methabolism. For the bones, it's even more important than the calcium itself.

You can get a blood test for that. Otherwise you won't feel anything until you get high blood pressure and impotence in your 50s.
