I want to do a full body workout 3 times a week, what am I missing here ?

Overhead press 3x8
Pendlay row 3x8
Deadlift 3x8
Benchpress 3x8
Pull ups 3 to failure

    Why 3x8 and not 4x8?
    Also what are your goals? If your goals are aesthetics you're gonna want to implement some extra stuff into there (namely bicep and tricep exercises, such as curls and skullcrushers). Also throw in chin ups to supplement pull ups and dips as well.

      You should split up those compounds like 5x5 SL does, while adding a bunch of accessories like
      said.
      Nothing wrong with full body 3x a week, but be smart about it.

        its not about time but energy
        your body cant just do squat and ohp and bench and deadlift all 3x8 on one day 3 times a week
        you will stall hard at one point
        split compounds more and add more accessories

    Instead of 3x8 do something like 3x6-10

    I recently started working out at my house. So i only have some dumbbells, jumping rope, bike and a ab wheel. And my workout is basically like this:

    Everyday i do 10 minutes of biking and 5 of rope jumping, but only on mon/wed/fri I follow that up with:

    * 12x3 push ups
    * 12x3 wheel rollouts
    * 12x3 dumbbell bicep curls
    * 12x3 dumbbell military press
    * 12x3 dumbbell bench press
    * 12x3 bulgarian split squat

    And on Tues/Thu/sat/sun after the bike/rope:

    * 10 burpees

    After my workout everyday i follow it up with a stretching session.

    And on Tuesday and Thursday i go to karate.

    I cycle 4x4 and 4x9 every month.
    3 sets of everything so it doesnt take forever.
    It's judo oriented weighttraining, so im kinda fridge mode.

    A:
    -Snatch
    -Bench
    -Row
    -Squat (I tend to do 1 front, 1high, 1 low)
    -Hanging leg raise
    -Handstand

    B:
    -C&J
    -Chinups
    -Military press
    -Deadlift(1 set with snatch grip)
    -Hanging leg raise
    -Facepulls

    C:
    -Sledge back and forward
    -Dips
    -Pullups
    -GoodMornings
    -LuRaises
