If you got for really good fat/nutrients try buying butter made from raw milk. It also tastes better.
Drain the whites and eat the yolks of you're doing it raw. When I drink them I usually use only one full egg that way it's easier to drink.

The whites are hard to digest raw and if you drink them a lot, it can mess up your protein absorption. This is really only a problem if you drink several of them daily for months. Once in a while won't hurt as it's a net positive, though most of the nutrients and protein are in the yolk anyway. When people say fried eggs with runny yolk is the best way to eat them, they aren't wrong, mainly because the whites become more bio available and you're still getting micronutrients from the yolk when the yolk isn't fully cooked.
You don't have to worry about disease. You have a higher chance of getting a disease from raw vegetables from the store rather than an egg. I've been drinking them raw from the store and from farms, to straight out of a chicken's ass and I've yet to get sick.

You don't have TWO MINUTES to heat a skillet, crack two eggs, stir them, and throw them on the skillet!? Just scramble the fucking eggs.
Pint of whole milk (raw, grass fed preferably), 4 raw egg yolks (save the whites for later when you can cook them) and 2 teaspoons of raw honey. Give it a good stir with a fork (could blend it I guess but why bother). It tastes amazing and is basically a gains super food.
You would be wasting 50% of the protein by eating them raw

It takes less than 6 minutes to heat a pan, slide a slice of butter around to coat it, and then put two eggs in there. Eggs are some of the simplest foods you can make.

Crack 3 in a cup, stir with a fork to mix the white and the yolk, and drink them. 2 mouthfuls and it’s over. I do 3 lots of 3 every 4 hours, so 36 altogether. Been doing it for about 3 weeks and will probably do it for another 7-8 weeks. Don’t be a pussy

I understand OP, I reached peak laziness with my eggs a long time ago, to the point I can't be fucked to scramble then even. I can't even be fucked to boil them in a pot.
I bought and egg cooker. A device that exists to boil my eggs. I put the eggs in, pour water in, put a lid on, and press a button. It buzzes when they're done. Less than a minute of effort and I don't have to pay attention to the time or nanny them.
It's lazy, but not any more than owning a rice cooker, imo.
