    I used to have a couple cloves of raw garlic on an empty stomach first thing every morning, would keel me over for a minute but afterwards I felt stronger. Eventually though I had to stop as I allegedly started smelling like garlic. I noticed people around me would comment on a garlic smell, I never let on that I was eating it raw and I don't think they ever suspected it was me, but nevertheless even with showering and a otherwise healthy diet I literally permeated the smell through my pores.

    Try pickling them. Toss cloves (unpeeled) in a jar of white vinegar, let it go for a few months. Completely changes the flavor. First they turn blue but after a long time they will turn black and have the consistency of butter. Very strong and delicious flavor, incredibly stimulating.

    Crush the garlic, then wait 5-10 minutes for max allicin synthesis, and then boil for 3-5 minutes, the less the better. Much more stomachable and you don't destroy all the allicin unless you boil for 10+ minutes. There are some studies about this. I make garlic milk this way + some black pepper, turmeric and condensed milk for sweetness. Pretty tasty.
