      It's his shoulders that are the problem. He's clearly never roided before because he barely has any shoulders so its fricking up the look of his frame. His arms and chest are way too big for his shoulders which make his upper body look way too narrow when you combine it with how thick his legs are. If he had big shoulders he would look fine.

    I have not seriously squatted for over a year. I can OHP 1 plate and bench 2 plates for 4-5 reps each with good, slow form. Last time I tried to squat (about 2 months ago) I loaded a bar with 200lbs and had to bail at the bottom of the second rep. I don't know how to recover from this, I hate squatting so much. It's like my brain has a natural avoidance to this lift.

      it's called being a b***h, your other lifts are end of the first year territory, my squat is also shit compared to everything else which is precisely why I have prioritized it so it's at least 0.5pl8+ above my bench

    hos arms are bit too big too. also hes one of very few lifters who wouldlook better with more delts and traps. typically they tend to dwarf arms or even give no neck look.

      Issue is that he's kinda fat here, just look at his midsection. He also appears to carry a lot of fat in his legs. He would honestly look great just by cutting 15lbs, see or any other aesthetic physique with strong legs. Will is just too fat in that pic

      Try hack squats, smith machine squats, bulgarian split squats with dumbbells or on the smith. Hack squats are great and shouldn't cause problems for your back if your not moving a shit ton of weight and don't do moron form which is possible even on a machine.
      You can get shit done obviously with just leg press + leg extensions if you go hard but only up to a point and not really the best way to go about it.
      Best option is to do what you can on leg days and prioritize fixing your back issue asap
