Realistically speaking, are there any long term health implications from blasting troony hormones? Also how much can you get away with before you start growing breasts? AGA is highest in the MENA and Mediteranian region.

If you start going bald, you need to embrace it because by the time you notice its already too late. Even if you manage to find a way to keep what you have left you will have a lifetime of people pointing out that you are going bald. Going bald all the way on your terms allows you to control the narrative.

Finasteride/Dutasteride have no effect on your penis. And if you're worried about ED, simply get on cialis/tadalafil which will keep your dick in great shape even in old age with continuous use.
Besides, why would a bald man need his dick anyway?

There's definitely a correlation between body hair and AGA. Probably because DHT promotes body hair growth so any genetic variant causing more body hair also causes AGA:

His claim is true though, pure Caucasians have far higher AGA rates than pure sub-Saharan Africans. In the US though, African Americans are at least 1/4 Caucasian so AGA rates are higher for them.

Studies on the 5mg dose showed a slightly increased chance of depression but people taking finasteride also lived 6 years longer on average than those who didn't:

Also on the 5mg dose, there was no statistical difference in sperm quality after being on finasteride for 1 year compared to placebo:

You can always quit without any lasting symptoms. FPS is a fake condition:

5mg was for treating enlarged prostate. 1mg has an even lower side effect profile and did not change sperm quality levels at all in other studies. Even in the single known case in which it may have impacted some dude, his sperm levels went back to normal levels after three months of quitting. Kevin Mann/haircafe goes over this in his video on finasteride and fertility.

I think OP meant going nuclear route where you take female hormones to grow your hair back instead of just relying on Fin

Whenever you hear someone talking about "troony drugs" in regards to hairloss, they don't mean actually taking estrogen or other female-only hormones, they always mean finasteride (because trans-women take that too in order to fight hair loss from whatever DHT they have left in their systems). And it's always some butthole (Russian shill, white nationalist moron, baldcel, ricelcel) who doesn't want others to save their hair.

No, I think op literally means Spiro. Those kinds of gains are not possible with finasteride alone, or if they are they are extreme extreme outliers. Spiro, however, is known to take pretty much bald men and regrow a full head of hair(not guaranteed however.) Literally if you Google "spiro hair loss results tressless reddit" this image pops up. The thing is, for as much as people on here meme about fin being a troony drug, Spiro legit IS a troony drug, it's used to shut down testosterone. homie is literally asking if he should feminize himself for more hair

This is the only realistic choice for people who are balding and dont want to use fin. Your hair will continue falling out, but the minox will slow down the process. After 10-15 years you will have thinned to the point where you have to start shaving. So it's not permanent, but a 10-15 year extension for $10k. For some people that's worth it and for others it's not

Cancer, bone density loss, muscle, loss, cardiovascular issues, strokes, and blood clots. Basically everything that can kill people outside of Alzheimer's and dementia to my knowledge skyrockets.
    >Also how much can you get away with before you start growing breasts?
Depends entirely on your current hormone profile, if you take a serm or ai concurrently, and if you take an fsh and lh mimic. There's no cookie cutter when you devl into troony territory because your body is constantly trying to correct it's state to relative homeostasis.
    >The white mans curse is balding and I want to grow all my hair back and don't really give a shit about being masculine anymore when masculinity just rapes your hair if you're white, even handsome bald men look like shit and would look better with hair
True. All races with high dht response have it. The best you can do is use topical dutasturide and something to compete at the follicle like an RU to stave it off while leaving everything else you can intact. If you've already lost ground you can use things to increase the density but you'll rarely get back a lost hairline. Some people are hyper responders though so you might as well try if you can.

The transplanted hairs don’t fall out. The problem is that your hair loss continues and the hairs behind the transplanted hairs will fall out. This is why they take fin after transplant to avoid having hair in the hairline and then being bald behind.

My plan is to jump from transplantation to transplantation to catch up with hair loss until the japanese chinks find a cure. I speculate with 15-20 years.
My hair loss is very slow so I will likely survive until then
