Rear delt lifts that aren't flys

I fricking hate flys and any stupid iteration of them. But, my rear delts are so underdeveloped they legitimately look sunken compared to my front delts. What do I do instead?

    Face rope pulls
The one where you lie under rings and do what looks like a reverse push up
The one where you lie face down on an incline bench and do what looks like a reverse dumbbell bench press

OHP is a shit exercise for small dicked DYELs. You already smash your front delts with all Bench movements.

OHP does nothing for your Side and Rear delts. You're wasting the fricking time lmao.

People who are afraid of upright rows should just try them with a wider grip like high pulls, or with dumbbells. I do chin ups, rows, dumbbell uprights, and band facepulls and my rear delts feel great.

No, I fell for the Bench + Lateral raises is all you need for delts. After this I think the rear delt is the most important, at least for a side angle.

I've been here before shitstain pajeets likr you even had internet access. Let alone knew about IST.

Enjoy wasting your time in the gym. OHP is worthless for Delt development. Do heavy and light laterals. Do the fricking upright rows, do facepulls.

        Or stay small.

Am I the only person with underdeveloped front delts? I do OHP, front delt raise etc, and literally never isolate read, only train then with rows and face pulls, and my rear delts are relatively well developed while front is severely lacking. Am I just unlucky on the genetics or what?

You can always work them in a compound that involves them in some way
Face pulls, t rows, close grip pull ups and even behind the neck ohp target them to some extent

Serious question, how big are your triceps? The triceps actually go under the real delt, and arguably plays a big role in 'pushing it out'.

i really like using the d handles on cables to do facepulls, the grip is just better compared to the rope face pulls.

Facepulls are a homosexual tier Reddit moron moron exercise.

Rear Delt flyes with dumbbells are pretty shit too tbh

All you need to know is that the line of resistance needs to be opposite of whatever muscle you want to hit.

Go use literally any machine that provides a line of resistance opposite to how your rear contracts

If you think “machines are bad. Only free weights good” you’ll never make it
