Don't listen to this moron: , he doesn't know what he's talking about. The parts of oils that are used by the body for functions outside of being burned for energy are essential fatty acids, which are the same no matter where they come from. It's also worth noting that seed oils are generally a great source of essential fatty acids, such as linoleic acid. Vegetable oils are a great source of these as well. Meat fats not so much.
>free radicals "steal" electrons from the lipids in cell membranes, resulting in cell damage. This process proceeds by a free radical chain reaction mechanism. It most often affects polyunsaturated fatty acids, because they contain multiple double bonds in between which lie methylene bridges (-CH2-) that possess especially reactive hydrogen atoms
>wah this fatty acid that is literally needed for my body to function has some downsides because I don't eat enough fruit to deal with the free radicals >I'm gonna complain on the internet about it and pretend it only applies to seed oils
Are you going to start complaining about oxygen too? Do you understand how much damage oxygen does to the cells of your body?
>X happens >No it doesn't! >Here's a wikipedia article literally describing X happening >Even if it does happen it doesn't matter!
This has been a really rewarding discussion and thank you for continuing to post in these threads. Hopefully more people will be vegan like you after being exposed to your incredible mind, which must surely be the result of your 100% correct dietary choices.
I'd agree with you on that unsaturated fats (so EVOO as well, among others) if the content of that page was all I knew about biology
I recommend you read up about the metabolism of fats in general, and the difference between the metabolism of saturated vs. unsaturated fats
its probably not much worse than other fats but eating too much of it will probably frick you up. lots of data at your finger tips with a simple good. you shouldnt really be eating highly processed foods often anyways. I cook with clarified butter (takes 10 minutes to make a big batch) and EVOO. canola oil tastes like ass
i feel like you could shove a 10lb hamburger tube up your ass
So you literally have no evidence for your claims ok lmao. Seed oils don't cause cancer

The study never says seed oils cause cancer because it not even a SR and it even says that total mortality was similar in the two groups basically giving proof that seed oils are a non issue when it comes to total mortality.
Again post one sr of rcts that say canola oil or sunflower causes cancer
The redpill is that it isn't good for you in the same way a million other things you consume aren't good for you. They cause cancer and heart disease in a number of people, but you can continue to consume without dread you will be next. And if you die from it, well your less than 100 years early from anyone reading this.
The stress of worrying about it hurts your gains objectively more than consuming seed oils over others
I've been frickhuge (and lean) as a natty and ate mostly fast food burgers.
Everything people screech about is so overblown it destroys everyone's progress
I think this is the key. Canola and vegetable oils are mutant monstrosities of GMOs and random pesticides blended together for their cooking properties, not health. Refined whole oils like peanut and corn oil aren't the healthiest but they're fine now and then in deep fried treats. Cold-pressed oils and animal fats genuinely have extra nutritional value and should be the bulk of your fat consumption.
So to summarise what I've learned so far: >goyslop
tell me what isn't, except buying from a farm directly >cancer
whatever >healthy
healthier relative to what? definitely not olive oil, and people keep putting liters of this shit in their food weekly >doesn't matter, don't eat too much of it though
seems like the most reasonable take >chud milking
the grift never stops >olive oil is seed oil
this take is even moronic for anons
Healthy.
Fine just dont eat slop fried in it 100 times to the point that the oil is rancid
it oxidizes 8x faster than regular fats
basically so your cells die 8x faster

Same shill in multiple threads. Same sentence building habits, easy to spot. Always wrong, always does it for free, always a wienersucker.
I've literally never posted in one of these threads

This is code for dismissing everything out of hand

they CAUSE cancer not associate with but CAUSE. observed in multiple RCTs on humans in ward type studies over years
Show me one sr of rcts that says olive oil causes cancer
olive oil is not a seed oil
It's a pufa but ok. Show me one sr of rcts that says sunflower oil causes cancer
Olive oil is monounsaturated fat not pufa(polyunsaturated fat). have a nice day

theres literally no con and all pro to just using animal fat instead. butter, tallow, lard, schmaltz.
what part of a vegetable produces oil or fat?
>no con and all pro to just using animal fat instead. butter, tallow, lard, schmaltz.
Bros, I bought a waffle maker and pic related but I can’t find a baking spray that doesn’t contain seed oils or søy. Any suggestions?
Forgot pic
I've had the same plug in waffle iron for years and never use spray. Might give it a try.
the frick is a baking spray
Just use whatever oil you want and a brush ffs

it's always better to eat the less processed option when it comes to ANY food. i use butter or a high quality olive oil when using oil to cook.
when is the cheap, industrial, corporate option ever healthier than the homegrown small-scale food option

anecdote but once I cut them out of my diet my body fat nearly halved in 2 months
I will not drink the piss.

It acts estrogenic. Even more in plastic because estrogenic qualities of plastic are soluble in the oil.

Read ingredients labels
Sunflower oil is perfectly fine. Source: my people consume it on daily basis and we have a ton of babushkas and dedushkas living past 80
