Are there any tangible benefits to doing it? Is it worth my time?

Appears to be good for recovery, but in a way that's bad for gains.

I don’t know about all the health benefits but at the very least it feels good. I like long sessions on rest days when I get bored.

I feel like I can make more gains by using sauna in the evening after exercise and a meal, of course you need to go hard 80+celsius and pour water on rocks. It increases IGF-1 and HGH, and I guess you recover more effiently because it increases blood circulation and it makes my skin more healthy, I feel good ad frick after it and all in all I feel like it benefits my looks and mental state. Just watch this video: https://youtu.be/-Tp8f2oiKo4
Besides great health benefits it’s also great for your skin espically if you have dry skin or acne.
Also make your dick feel extra smooth, yes feels great.
And it’s a form of cardio

    Pros
    >feels good
    >supposedly good for you
    Cons
    >usually full of Finnish people who give off a weird odor when exposed to heat
    >if you're in the US it'll be full of fat naked old men instead
    >or 9/10 times it'll be closed because no one uses it

I imagine its good to cleanse your pores but not much else besides feeling relaxed or something.

Kinda useless in fitness perspective without cold lake/sea. Blood circulation needs fast shocking hot/cold changes to speed up muscle recovery. Can be mentally relaxing though. Also good excuse to justify your borderline alcoholism to drink few "sauna beers" during weekdays.

It's not a super secret gains machine, but it helps with blood circulation, blood pressure and recovering. Also it's super enjoyable with little to no negatives so if you are thinking about it you should try it.

Sauna is great, combine a sauna visit with cold showers and take a really long cold shower when you're done. You'll feel warm for the rest of the evening, even in winter, and it's really relaxing.

My buddy used to have a jacuzi with a waterfall into the pool. Used to jump down into the cold water during the winter. The shock feels like death but right after it feels like you just killed a bear

Not sure about fitness benefits but it helps prevent cancer development.
Sitting in a hot environment and getting yourself to fever territory body temperature makes your cells synthesise heat shock proteins. Those proteins show up on the surface of the cell which is visible to immunological cells . If cancerous cell does that it's immediately recognised and marked for death.
Hopefully your body will find and delete developing tumours without the sauna shenanigans but it wont hurt to have some sweaty fun
