Agreed-he just did some basic recomp. He proclaims he's 5'8'' (so really 5'6" max) so those large looking muscles have about half the mass as a normal man. Nothing spectauclarly

Wrong
Obviously not natty. You'd have to be a complete fricking moron to think you can make this progress in one year

Damn son you look amazing
Don't know if he's natty but that progress is doable if you're committed to it I think. The progress I made in 5 months had a few people ask if I was on roids

Not natty. TRT and Anavar. Don't be demotivated, because that's the exact reason I'm calling OP's pic and most posters here out for claiming this is do-able within a year. It simply isn't.

I mean for the same reasons, how could we trust the opinion of someone whose stock performance was poor because of shitty hormone levels? seems biased. Im not going to ask a turtle how to run 100m sprint just because he got rocket boots

Imagine being so new you can't even spot the guy is clearly roiding
It is natty but saying one year is stupid since you have to take into account if he had semi-seriously lifted or played sports at any time in his life.
In this case you can see in his fat pic that he at some point did some weight lifting so he had a better base to start from.
it's plausible, yes but i don't think it's what happened
as the other anon said, he probably had some muscle before (note the traps, and the distinction between pecs from the armpit vs moobs below)
bf% and bicep vein size are mighty suspicious though
bruh he just got his gains back, he claims he had 4 years of training, stopped and returned now. This is pretty slow progress and should only have taken 6 months max.
He was definitely working out before his fat loss. If he's claiming he's only been lifting for a year then it's a fraud. If that is just supposed to be a year-long cut then it's possible
You guys are really tiring, he is natty, just what he says is a "year" is basically him cutting and muscle memory plus a pump before taking the photo.
If you never lifted before in your life or if you never reached the muscle mass amount of the right picture it is not possible for you to do it within a year natty.
Also from the reddit thread: >You mention prior training experience, is it fair to say it's a relatively long prior experience? Could you be little specific about this pleae ? >Yes definitely. I started training at 14 when I was probably around 70kg and already fairly athletic from having a sports-focused education. >Ate tons of bro-meals like chicken rice broccoli and consumed a bunch of mass gainer but never consistently tracked my calories. Used to squat bench and deadlift back then just like I do now. Pretty sure I hit a 180kg squat at 16 years old back then. >Training knowledge was extensive but a lot of it was bro-science compared to now. It was the steve cook/jeff seid era if you know what I mean. If you have some more specific questions let me know.

yeah he probably had some muscles before but he was too fat

I can guarantee you I look better than 90% of this board, and I can say without a doubt that OP's pic is not natty for one year's progress
post body right now

you think a manlet at 235lbs looks only as fat as the left pic? he had a base

not impossible depending on his base but also
>lighting
>pump
>pose
>5'8
This is what you'll look after 10+ years of dedicated natty lifting IF you have good genetics, as usual redditors like to lie for karma
>5'8

Haha !
whats the point of these threads?
there is no way you are moronic enough to believe this is possible natty so why make a thread?
>24
age is always a dead giveaway with roiders
and that fricking lobster skin
What exactly does age 24 give away?
Nothing, he's a moron
I think it's totally possible to do that natty but he doesn't look like he did it natty.
ofcourse. Stop eating crap food and work hard. Most 24 yo can look like that in a year.
>5'8
have a nice day
If you no lifed its possible in 6months natty so 1 year is 100% possible natty.
Stfu
bruh he just got his gains back, he claims he had 4 years of training, stopped and returned now. This is pretty slow progress and should only have taken 6 months max.
To anyone saying its possible natty in a year:
Why dont you look like that if its so easy?
I doubt he's fully natty, looks like someone on creatine or turkesterone.
But not roids for sure, he doesn't look like Arnold, Coleman or anything close to that.
Bait?
You really are the dumbest motherfricker here
> I doubt he's fully natty
> on creatine
> natty
creatine isn't roids you mongaloid
Absolute fraud
Yeah he probably did 10 push-ups every night before bed.
>achievable or not ?
yes, achievable with 5 pushups per week
thats not even him
the tattoo is on the wrong arm
He was definitely working out before his fat loss. If he's claiming he's only been lifting for a year then it's a fraud. If that is just supposed to be a year-long cut then it's possible
>24
goddamn the 25 y/o cap is really true. I looked like him but because I was already 27 my skin didn't retract and I had lots of extra skin.
natty? no
but you can achieve that with sarms in 1.5 years max
You guys are really tiring, he is natty, just what he says is a "year" is basically him cutting and muscle memory plus a pump before taking the photo.

Pick one and only one.
Why does he wear a watch on each wrist?
it's a gay bracelet, but he probably has small wrists so it's for cope
Not even the hair is natty. Trust me, I can tell.
idiot. you obviously can't switch sides a tattoo without PEDs
Just seems like he stopped lifting for like 1 year while eating patato chips in the sofa, then started lifting again
