        There are quite a few, but you get most of them from normal non-goyslop, non-vegan diet. Eggs are full of the most important ones, including cholesterole which you need for testosterone. But you can still supplement stuff like zinc, D3, magnesium, selenium, copper, omega3, etc. This picrel is bodybuilding supplement stack. Creatine helps you lift and makes you a bit more buff, doesnt directly increase test. Cialis makes you keep a pump, im not sure if it increases testosterone. Idk whats up with boron

          You guys need to stop associating cialis with pump.
          Cialis increases the efficiency of everything in the body by down-regulating nearly all pro-inflammatory markers.
          Notably it does not increase testosterone, however it prevents aromatase. Which reduces estrogen.
          Since estrogen is lowered, you are more likely to utilize your given testosterone to reduce body fat, which indirectly increases testosterone.

              1. Supplements only work if you're deficient at a given moment. You cannot force the body to utilize a supplement more than another nor can your body synthesize supplement resources more than another.
              2. Peptides > amino acids because they don't compete for absorption at the same rate and a peptide can still be used as an amino acid as it degrades.
              3. Micro sources are always better if taken in food form opposed to supplement form. This is because the digestion process releases them into the body at a slower rate == more efficient utilization. Example vitamin C from absorbic acid is almost entirely pissed out within an hour. While vitamin C from orange is released slowly into the blood stream over a few hours and pissed out only if concentration exceeds stability of blood.
              4. Cialis isn't a supplement, it's a literal drug.
              The similar chemical found in Ginger while a PDE5 inhibitor, is still different.
              If you take Cialis you are not natty, it's a selective modulator and prevents conversion of needed hormones into estrogen.

              Take a daily vitamin, take glycine and NAC (glutathione and cartilage), and eat well my friend. That's all you need to make it.
              Glycine and NAC being the only two semi-conditional amino acids that you will EVER actually need in your long long life.
              Anyone who actually eats a varied, healthy diet will never be limited on any other amino acid. It would not be possible and your diet would be utter shit if you argued otherwise.

    The long and skinny of it is cholesterol intake hasn't been shown to increase serum cholesterol levels or testosterone. So I'd eat the eggs if you like em but if you don't no big deal it's not doing anything.
