      Eh not everything is bad. I bought that mud wtr shit and it was a quality product. They have all the mushrooms as the first through tenth ingredients and it tastes good and the packaging was good and no fillers.

    I take Vital Greens, which is more or less equivalent made by some local Aussie company. It seems ok, best thing I noticed so far with it was slightly increased energy and better bowel movement and regularity.

    It tastes like absolute SHIT though, it's such a struggle getting it down.
