          fruit is good for you, and you can eat huge amounts before you get any issues. youd probably shit yourself and get stomach issues before the sugar becomes an issue.

          theres no requirement, but research on longevity clearly shows you live longer if you got a decent fibre(indirect measure of plants) intake

    Low glycemic carb sources (lower than any starch that's edible) that don't need to be cooked/prepared extensively to become edible. The fruits with thicker skins like oranges, melons, bananas and pineapple also are protected from pesticides compared to poisonous food like oats (up to 1600ppm glyphosate when the "safe" cap is 130ppm.) Fruits also contain beneficial enzymes like bromelain in pineapple which is something vegetables don't have.

    Prepare for fatasses telling you it's unhealthy.

    I can't take anyone seriously who insists you shouldn't eat fruit. A few pieces of fruit every day is fine. They're nutritionally dense, contain a good amount of fibre, and are fucking delicious.
