I had sleep problems and it stems from lack of work. The more I do the stronger I get. This time 2 years ago I struggled to get out of bed and woke up at 5pm and was suicidal and now I have a house I bought and a chill job. But I grated for a year in a tough job doing manual labour for 45 hours a weel plus 10 hours driving and stayed in my parents shed to save.

Those pills work but you need less than 1mg and most are overdosed as frick. Just work until you pass out and when you get stronger take extra work and shit will fall into place because the world wants you too win.

I can confirm. I only use Melatonin as an intervention when it's my time to sleep, I've done everything right, and I just can't fall asleep, which is very rare. Even then I only take half the pill and I am groggy the next day.

Remember that Melatonin is a hormone, just like Testosterone. You wouldn't take Testosterone willy nilly, would you?

It makes me sleep but they never give me a good night's sleep. Usually makes me wake up 5 hours later. I only ever take them if I have one of those nights when I simply are unable to sleep.

Melatonin isn't the best for quality sleep, it just helps you fall asleep. Many people wake within a few hours after falling asleep. Listen to Andrew Huberman.

This is a better wienertail for sleep:
145mg Magnesium Threonate or 200mg Magnesium Bisglycinate
    50mg Apigenin
    100-400mg Theanine
(3-4 nights per week I also take 2g of Glycine and 100mg GABA.)

imagine taking 4 pills every day just to sleep. Go get shit done during the day. You'll sleep like a baby

Read what he says, homosexual, that's exactly it.
View sunlight right after waking. Sleep/Wake at the same time every day. No caffeine within 8 hrs of sleep. Avoid bright lights between 10p-4a. Sleep in a cool dark room. Alcohol fricks up your sleep, use moderation.

I took them for the first time when I broke my arm and the doctors recommended it to help me sleep, and it really did.

I have been taking it off and on. While it's 'safe' (like a vitamin or protein) to take occasionally, there are no long-term studies showing effects.

After a while I felt no difference in quality of sleep. I've been waning myself off it from. Went from 5mg to 3mg to ~1.5 mg occasionally.

Getting off sucks because your natural melatonin kicks in so you start getting sleepy randomly throughout the day.

Don't incorporate them into your routine long term. Only use it if you have a real reason to help with sleep.
