    Animal proteins are definitely better because of the bonus amino acids and other compounds they contain

        testosterone is not unequivocally advantageous. If your goal is to become a mountain of muscle and die of a heart attack at 50, then sure. But in terms of generel health and wellness? Personally I deliberately seek out estrogen, and I'm not a transvestite.

        factually incorrect, it’s well known that there are certain amino acids that can only come from animal protein, hence why many people following plant based diets are recommended to eat some sort of yogurt or fish in order to make up for these, furthermore a plant based diet can leave you deficient in certain vitamins, hence why many vegans and vegetarians are recommended to take some sort of vitamin supplement to make up for this

    Just use s0ii curls and chop them up after soaking and drying them. Then marinate them over night and cook for some nice tacos with a lot of protein. They’re cheap as f for the moment until they come after plant foods next.
    I use an Al pastor recipe to marinate and it tastes the same

    Fake meat is absolute shit. It's not particularly healthful, it tastes like shit, it's not cheaper, it's not particularly environmentally friendly, it doesn't even LOOK like meat. There are literally no upsides to it.

    If you want to go vegetarian or vegan, fine. You do you. But eat normal vegetarian/vegan sources of protein, not stuff that's tryharding to look like meat. Lentils, beans, spirulina and nutritional yeast if you consider that vegan, seitan if you really need something protein dense.
