      Objectively false. It lacks many vitamins. You still would need some meat and veggies to fill in the rest of your nutrition profile, but quinoa is a good grain, not that much better than the rest, but definitely one of the best picks.

    It tastes great. Remember to add something acidic to make it even more delicious(lime juice for example). Easy on the bowels too. It has some ecdysterones similar to turkesterone, which in turn has some sort of evidence of having an anabolic effect. I don't know enough shit to comment further on relevance of said stuff but might be worth to look into.
    If you can afford the semitic prices go for it on occasion.

      I did an experiment with ecdysterones. Bulked and cut eating about a cup of quinoa and spinach a day. Bulking didn't really notice much of a difference, but cutting I noticed a huge difference. Kept just about all of my strength despite losing about 20lbs, which has never happened with any of my previous cuts.

    i like to do a quarter cup of quinoa per cup of rice, it gives it a nice flavor and texture, alongside additional proteins.

    You need quinoa from the Andes because that is most nutritious. There was a large number of crops from not the Andes but still from Peru which is nowhere near as nutritious or good in quality and made with pesticides etc.
    Other countries have also started growing quinoa and so further muddied the water of quality.
    Cheap quinoa, quinoa in restaurants etc too is of questionable quality although who knows how you verify it all unless you know of a Andes brand you can trust.
    It is good though, fills you up and keeps the bowels healthy

          What is b12. It’s only available in meat and yeast. Overall quinoa is great, just not a complete nutrition profile, and the addition of meat, eggs, fruits, veggies, and milk would make it far easier to get all your vitamins and minerals.

    actual peruvian here top recipe:
    1. boil 1xquinoa 2xwater
    2. rinse and add 2xwater boil again
    3. let water evaporate
    4. add 1 cup of milk
    5. add 200g fresh cheese in small pieces
    6. add salt
    you can eat it with any meat and rice on the side, enjoy

    Cook it like spaghetti, not like rice.

    Make sure to soak quinoa overnight to get rid of phytic acid. Same with oats
