Less caffeine. If you're having too much, it's the way to go.

Coffee should be used sparingly as a performance enhancer on days where you have heavy lifts or didn't sleeo well and are about to work out. Sparingly because of tolerance build up.

This. Literally zero reason to stain your teeth, diarrhea and headaches if you miss you le morning cup. If you drink it daily it won't do shit.

tea tastes nicer and is more relaxing. if you get a strong brew tea and drink 2 cups it is also a lot of energy right there.

that's it..all you needed to know to invalidate his argument.

Teas can be made from all herb not just camellia sinensis (what we call ''tea'' broadly). Some herbs will have different effects, some are androgenic some or estrogenic.
It's up to you to concoct your own brew. Generally tea is among the healthiest of beverages, provided you understand your dosages (if you homebrew from obscure herbs etc) and choose it over something worse.

              I would say it goes
              >water
              >herbal infusion/tea
              > dairy milk
              >coffee

herbal tea might rise estrogen/lower test. but green tea seems to be random (can't find a non-larping science shit on it)

Unironically just binging Avatar turned me into a tea connosieur.
I still use shitty storebought teabags, but I intend on aquiring my own comfy tea set and boiler.

Loose leaf is the best. A lot of teabags are literally sealed shut with melted plastic.

    Tea over coffee:

    >Chinese tea contains unacceptable levels of fluoride, in addition to all the crappy Chinese manufacturing practices
    >More estrogenic as plant matter due to flavanoid profile - basically due to less cooking time/processing as a product vs coffee. Green is worse than black for this
    >The bags may be plastic. More expensive brands use plastic more (the firmer, more 'metallic' looking, bags. Estrogenic, obv
    >Overall the science isn't as strong as coffee, i.e anti-cancer, neuro-protective, etc
    >The big benefit tea has is L-theanine. This is stress reducing, i.e. cortisol
    >Outside of the plastic, the negatives of the above are non-existent with one or two cups per day
    >4shit users are dreg plebs. This is why all replies were shit until this one

If you believe that plant antioxidants help the human body then you’re missing out on the best source of them in the human diet. Standard fricking coffee has way more antioxidants than the newest tropical bullshit berry they want to sell you for $100/pound.
