Why are vegans so obsessed with weird shit like fermented basedbeans? God vegans are so fucking weird. They fart all the time and are always depressed and just look ghoulish. With that being said, most of them are nice people other than their extreme SJW militantism, but that's easily avoided in normal small talk. Last time I talked to a vegan they refused to say "man" though, that was strange. She kept saying "people assigned male at birth."

Is or isn't natto the highest source of K2? Do or don't carnivores drone on about how important K2 is? Why do no carnivores ever mention natto if K2 is so important?

you get K2 in organ meats, eggs, hard cheeses. natto is probably K1 like most plant foods but idk just guessing

No, it's K2. It looks like your keto gurus failed to educate you well enough.

                >We conclude that MK-4 present in food does not contribute to the vitamin K status as measured by serum vitamin K levels. MK-7, however significantly increases serum MK-7 levels and therefore may be of particular importance for extrahepatic tissues.

If you ever have to supplement, your diet is shit, no exceptions.

You'd think this would be common sense, but it's not, and frankly I don't know why.

lol you need vitamin D to absorb calcium. my guy could have fixed his cavity by just going outside. thinking you need to take random supplements and do all this research instead of just fixing your life is such a weird mindset.
