Go on amazon and buy a reaction ball.
It will improve your hand eye coordination and reaction times and you can do it by yourself.
It's also a lot of fun.
It's not complicated. >Increasing Brain Processing Speed
Do working memory practice and accomplish it as fast as possible every time. Over time you'll be able to think faster and process more information at any given time. >Skill Practice
The more proficient you are in what you want better reaction time in the better. Trained boxers make normies look like they're moving through molasses in sparring. Esports pros pull off shit that casual players couldn't do with all the luck in the world because they play 12 hours a day. >Overspeed Training
Purposely do things way too fast in a controlled way and then slow it down. If a guitar player wants to play faster he could use it like this: he takes a lick he can play at 100 beats per minute and tries to play it at 140bpm for like 5 minutes. Then he lowers it down to 102bpm and now he can play it perfectly. Rinse and repeat multiple times over multiple sessions and now the lick he could play at 100bpm is something he can play at 160bpm, and trying to play it at 100bpm feels slow and boring. When he goes to a new lick he's now faster at that lick at baseline than he would have been before because of the overspeed training and improved coordination and reaction time.
Unironically video games. I was a chubster until high school but I had great reflexes (and hand-eye coordination) for a kid that didn't play much ball-based sports. I can't prove that's what caused it but I think it is.
I agree with this anon.
I played a lot of counterstrike growing up as a lard ass and I feel that due to the nature of the game it gave me a greater ability to track objects in a 3D space without having to visually see them moving as well as fast and accurate hand-eye coordination.
I would think that if anything pewpew'ing all those years would leave guys with multiple physical disadvantages compared to guys who were outside playing and having fun. Even psychological disadvantages perhaps. It may be different from games like Dark Souls or puzzle-intensive games that actually require you to learn from your mistakes. But most of the people who play those games are also skinnyfat untermensch.
It's a spiritual obstruction to him more than anything. He wants the hustle and bustle of the big city, exposed brick and etc. This massive truck defiantly crushes his dreams by merely existing near him. Walkable streets aren't bad and I don't like having to breathe the fumes from those trucks, but I posted this pic because his physique is like that of a typical modern gaymer. It doesn't deserve anything nice basically.
Trucks in general are fine and I don’t mind a reasonable lift but anyone putting those outstretched wheels on a 6” - 12” lift is a fucking gay. Houston is filled with these retards and I haven’t met a single one i didn’t want to punch in the face.
tbh I've always had fast reflexes, able to grab falling glasses and etc instinctively like this: https://youtube.com/watch?v=bAhQbK7Abpc
That movie sucks btw, waste of time. Anyway such abilities are gifts from our ancestors. That's what conclusion my 'tism lead me to at least, so I wanted to reflexmaxx. So a couple years ago I was doing this old school boxing drill regularly: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=w_a9S1noCAE
This alone will likely help you train hand speed and coordination if you lack it, or help you refine your reflexes if you're already like pic rel. I felt faster after training it, more aware at least but never really developed any way to test reflexes, was just dicking around before I do a little bag work or whatever like most kids.
Will monitor this thread, I hope other autists have something to contribute.
uh i hate to break it to you ,but reaction time is heavily correlated with intelligence partcularly with G , and as a result it is basically impossible to improve raw reaction speed ,other than via moving more efficiently to reduce physical delay, or prediction.
>nicotine, caffeine and modafinil
I now realize I knocked the remote off the table before I knock if off then catch it but since it's still I knock it off then spend the next 5 minutes thinking about prophecy and loops and cycles then it makes me think off some roastie in some movie then I coom
Gain 50 lbs of body weight and put 150 lb on your squat
all fun and games until someone fakes you and you flinch like an autist.

tfw i have slow reactions and get spooked easily
How does it feel being slow? I always had fast reflexes, you slow people feel inferior to me

I’ve played FPS games almost my entire life. My reaction time is still garbage

I agree with the man let. That truck is not meant for outdoors activities, but what's it to him? Is he jealous?

Good thing I did sparring with friends, football along with track and field in high school along with endless hours of Halo.
Take 1000 mg of caffeine and you'll be reacting to everything pretty fast
boxing classes
Osu or any other rhythm game.
It's literal reflex training 24/7
Why? It sucks having fast reflexes. I can't play basketball because I always evade the ball
play vidya and get a double end bag (don't do actual boxing it's gonna leave you retarded)

you can train your reaction time but for a specific skill
