Reset Sleep Cycle

Best ways.
If you are going to bed super late 4am-6am then waking up in the afternoon between 11am-4pm.

Is the best way to stay up instead of going to bed at 4am-6am. Stay up and go to sleep later on in the night at a more usual time like 10pm or as long as you can make it.

Does staying up like this affect the brain in a bad way over time?

      I've done it a bunch.
It can work. Just have to stay up.
Do you just end up passing out too early?

Yes. Completely by accident. I'll finish everything for the day early and just wait for 4pm to roll around. Usually I'll wait by just browsing my phone or playing video games then boom. Sleep. I just need to find a job tbh.

it works for 1 day. like if you have an interview early in the morning or something. you'll be back to getting up at 2pm within a day or 2 though.

honestly putting Brian up there with them was kind of fucked up to do to the bodybuilders... all of those guys suffer from being insecure about their size to begin with.

He will dwarf all the BB'ers not just 212.
The open guys for the most part are all short.
Brian makes them all look small.

Start taking vitamin D, increase your carbs, lower your fats and the sleep schedule will fix itself.

always sleep , do not wait until the next day, its much worse for you,

anecdotally i found the best way to reset sleep was 3 things ,

1 only take vitamin d in the early morning,

2 take melatonin at the time you desire to fall asleep, keep doing this until you start falling asleep at that time , and then stop using the melatonin, dosages vary greatly , imo less is more do not recomend using than 1 mg as it can interfere with sleep if its too high and it builds up over time, your body recycles melatonin so you do not need to keep taking it once your sleep cycle is established. ive also read that taking b12 during the day can stimulate melatonin production at night, and may be an alternative.

3 do not use your phone or any devices, bed time is bed time, your brain can recalibrate for this ,but it needs consistent regularity to do this,

The best way is to focus on your wakeup time and not your bedtime.

Wake up at the exact same time every day and after a few days your body will begin to adjust by making you sleepy 8-9 hours before it’s time to wake up
