Currently 83, but I just got in from a half marathon an hour ago.
My average resting fluctuates between 54 and 60 depending on how hard I'm hitting it in the gym, when I am exhausted or stressed at work it trends higher
No pic but I have a resting heart rate of 75-85 depending what time of day it is.
I’m 280lbs. Bf% 40, BMI 41. I started working out and within two weeks my bp dropped from 140/95 to about 125/65, heart rate of 110 to where it is now.
Makes me ashamed that it was literally me sitting on the couch all the time that got me in this position.
Suck it fellas. No running. No supplements besides magnesium, aminos.
Power maxing garlic and power lifting.

I have an active, physical job, and I lift. That's it. And I smoke cigarettes on Saturday night when I drink booze.
Currently sitting around 105, but I’m still in recovery and I’m told that’s to be expected, hoping to get back down to the low 60’s after I’m better.
