I think I overdid my ai and tanked my estro my resting is around 100 I've heard low e is more problematic than high for heart rate

Currently 83, but I just got in from a half marathon an hour ago.
My average resting fluctuates between 54 and 60 depending on how hard I'm hitting it in the gym, when I am exhausted or stressed at work it trends higher

5’9” 370lb btw
No pic but I have a resting heart rate of 75-85 depending what time of day it is.
I’m 280lbs. Bf% 40, BMI 41. I started working out and within two weeks my bp dropped from 140/95 to about 125/65, heart rate of 110 to where it is now.
Makes me ashamed that it was literally me sitting on the couch all the time that got me in this position.
>106bpm
>29yo
>140kg
>6'1
>just ate 20pz of fried sushi
You need to get that fixed.

Mine is about 45-50bpm
I had it as low as 40-42bpm when I was doing cardio
I have an active, physical job, and I lift. That's it. And I smoke cigarettes on Saturday night when I drink booze.
Currently sitting around 105, but I’m still in recovery and I’m told that’s to be expected, hoping to get back down to the low 60’s after I’m better.
