        Actual it targets upper pec more, if you want more lower pec(why would you, tho since bench works the lower pecs well) then do decline bench

      Just holding my arms in different ways. Seems like underhand would be more chest and less shoulder. I'll try it out next time I bench.

    I started benching reverse grip recently after a pec injury, I can bench about 100lbs less but it's building back up quickly.

    Why would you do this with a barbell? I do these with dumbbells and feel like they’re much more effective because you work your stabilizer muscles and it puts less pressure on the shoulder

      you can use heavier weight with a barbell
